There is no required Symposium attendance or registration fee for government public safety officials. In accordance with government ethics guidelines, we have provided the costs below should the government officials need to make a contribution.

Microsoft values the participation of our customer at events such as this, however, it is imperative we ensure your attendance does not create any violation of the letter or spirit of applicable government gifts and ethics rules.  With varying gifting rules and regulations among federal, state and local governments, we are offering an overview of associated net costs to attend this year's Symposium below.  Please review this carefully as it relates to your organization's reporting and gifting rules.

Should your organization require you to make payment on a fair market value for participation at the Symposium you will have the ability to do so at the event during check-in:
